How to rent a Lumo home:

• Choose a suitable home for you from the Lumo online store.

• Select your moving-in date and verify your identity.

• Pay the first month’s rent or a €350 reservation fee. The amount you pay will be deducted from your first rent payment. No security deposit required.

• Book a viewing. After the viewing, you can decide whether you want to make the home yours. If you choose to cancel, we’ll refund your payment immediately.

• Congratulations on your new home!
